Modern Intranet
A modern Intranet is a central point of information and communication in a company. It's a platform where employees have access to all the information and processes they need, and a place to communicate and share knowledge with each other.
We offer both configuration of functionality available as standard within Microsoft tools and dedicated implementations.
The modern intranet is based on a platform Microsoft SharePoint and other optional tools, such as Microsoft Viva, Teams or Power Platform, which can make it a full-scale center for employee information and cooperation.

In this section, employees can view the available announcements of other employees and announce their own according to the modeled process take into accounticing also the necessary approvals. Ads can be grouped by categories (e.g. "sell", "give away", "need help", etc.)., making them much easier to browse.

The „Idea Bank” module not only allows better use of employees' creativity, but also involves them in the development of the company, improving commitment and job satisfaction.
The following functionality can be available within this module:
- Submitting ideas
- Categorization
- Evaluation of ideas - including the ability to cast votes and comment on ideas
- Verification of ideas by relevant departments and individuals
- Feasibility assessment
- Implementation of the idea
- Reporting the status/stage the idea is at
- Rewarding ideas - including ranking of originators

Intuitive search engine
Employees can search for data both by metadata (document/employee parameters) such as document type, employee position as well as full-text by typing a phrase or a fragment of a phrase. During the search, the system prompts for the context of the information sought, which further facilitates the search.
The data displayed for users is automatically verified for permissions - if they search for a person who does not have permissions to a particular resource, that resource will not show up in that person's search results either.
Address book and employee business card
The address book allows you to display the employee in the organizational structure (supervisor, subordinates), by region, department in the company, etc.
Each employee can have his or her own business card, where, in addition to personal and contact information, the person's competencies and interests can be added, making it even easier to find the people you want to contact.

The Microsoft Viva Engage tool (formerly Yammer), which allows users to interact with each other and create publicly available content, can easily be integrated with the SharePoint Online platform on which Modern Intranet is based. The platform offers:
- Create community groups (like Facebook) and have conversations within those groups
- Asking questions
- Creating surveys
- Discussions in the form of posts with likes and display statistics
- Recommendations (endorsements)
