The application can automatically remind you of important tasks related to the handling of a given document - such as the need for price indexation, verification of the enforceability of contract provisions, renewal or possible termination.

Full control over documents and event history

The system keeps a history of all actions related to a given document from the moment of its creation, through all acceptances, e-signatures and tasks carried out with the document, so that those overseeing the process have full control over the flow of information.

All key contract information can be visualized in the form of easy-to-read reports available within Microsoft Power BI. Example reports include:number of contracts over time, types of contracts, number of contracts at each stage of service, distribution of contracts by counterparties, types of transactions, etc.
