Scope of services

Overview of areas and processes to be digitized

Our cooperation with clients often begins with a review of existing areas or processes to be developed through digitization. As part of such a review, we identify existing problems (realized and unconscious) and expectations on the business, security and IT sides.
After the review session, we are able to identify recommended solutions and technologies and estimate the level of investment required to implement the application.

Business analysis and solution design

As part of the pre-implementation business analysis, we identify detailed business requirements and expected functionality of the application. We conduct the analysis with all key recipients and users of the target solution (stakeholders).

In case a business finds it hard to define all its needs and expectations, we offer an optional digital solution design workshop based on the "design thinking" methodology.

The result of the analysis is a document with a detailed specification of the functionality and capabilities that the implemented application will provide at different stages of development.

Technical analysis

As part of the technical analysis, we agree on the IT and security expectations that must be met for the new solution to fit into the target IT architecture.

At this stage, we also verify the company's existing technologies, application versions and active licenses of individual products - all to get the most out of the existing infrastructure.

The result of the technical analysis is a recommended application architecture and detailed security and IT specifications that must be realized in the implementation.

We implement the applications in three (3) variants:

  • Implementation carried out entirely by the ISCG team - a project led "from A to Z" by us from the stage of designing the architecture of the solution, through implementation, user training and application maintenance and development.

  • Hybrid implementation with the client's team - we help design the optimal application architecture and support the client's team in implementation (through guidance, training, support in more complicated work).

  • Implementation carried out entirely by the client's team - we support teams only and exclusively in those issues in which they need support - e.g. in building/optimizing the application architecture, replacing/purchasing necessary licenses, implementing IT governance, user training, etc.
