Basis and purpose of processing
Your personal data including your first name, last name and email address will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the form of marketing activities concerning the Administrator's products or services. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the provision of Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance, hereinafter: RODO), which allows the processing of data when it is necessary for the realization of the legitimate interests of the Administrator. The purpose of data processing is to conduct marketing activities for the Administrator's products or services.
Data processing time
Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the marketing campaign conducted by the Data Controller, but no longer than three months from the date of collection.

You have the right to: access your personal data, request rectification, request restriction of processing, request deletion of your personal data, and object to the processing of your personal data.
Automated decision-making

The right to complain
If you consider that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
