In 2020, the European Commission put forward a Directive for a high, common level of cyber security across the Union.

From the date of entry into force of the Directive, January 16, 2023, EU member states have 21 months to implement its provisions into national law. The new regulations should be applied in all EU countries as of October 18, 2024.

 

In light of the above, we would like to share with you our understanding and expertise on the new cyber security regulation, and how we can effectively support States in complying with these requirements.

 

The new regulations that have been introduced are designed to increase the protection of information systems and data from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
