In this case study, a client from the construction industry integrated the Microsoft Teams communication system with a local telephony provider. The aim was to provide easy access to internal and external telephony for employees. They utilized the Ribbon Communications solution hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud, enabling seamless telephony integration with Microsoft Teams. Following the integration, they evaluated call volumes and analyzed the impact of phone calls on recruitment processes. Communication plans and a reporting dashboard based on Microsoft Power BI were implemented for data analysis and key performance indicator tracking. The integration of Microsoft Teams with telephony allowed the company to improve communication and optimize resource utilization.
