At 8:00 a.m. CEST time, a global manufacturing company reported a disruption in its Azure environment caused by a CrowdStrike update. Immediately after receiving the notification from the customer's data center services manager, a detailed analysis and implementation of the solution began. Thanks to coordinated work and efficient operations, all VMs were restored to operation in less than 24 hours.

For our client, a new Active Directory service has been designed to enhance access to Office 365 services. Our RBAC model and authentication mechanisms have been carefully designed to provide reliable access to Office 365 services using AD accounts, with additional security features such as MFA. Microsoft technologies used include Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure IaaS and Azure Active Directory Premium (AADP).

The new Active Directory service was designed as a source of identities used when granting access to a customer's Office 365 services. Configuring the appropriate authentication mechanisms (RBAC and AADP) to ensure reliable access to Office 365 services using AD accounts was a key factor. Note that role-based access control (RBAC) models may differ between Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD roles used at the Azure AD level.
