The Support Engineer L2 (M365 & Azure) role is for someone who is open to learning and enjoys a challenge.

💶Wage: 10.000 -14 000 PLN net on B2B
🚗 Business trips within Poland: not
🕘Working hours: There are two shifts from: 6 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm; from 10 pm to 6 am there is on-call duty.

Your daily tasks will include:
- Work remotely as 2nd line of support.
- Analysis of ongoing IT requests.
- Diagnostics for software problems.
- Proactively monitor the infrastructure and respond to incidents encountered.
- Create and complete technical documentation and knowledge base.

To find yourself in the role you should:
- Know the English language well - minimum B1 level
- Very familiar with at least two of the platforms:Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Sharepoint online, One Drive for Business, Teams, and more).Azure (Virtual Machines (VMs), Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, and File storage, Azure Disks and Snapshots, Data redundancy, backup, and disaster recovery strategies, Virtual Networks (VNet), Network Security Groups (NSG), and more.)Entra ID (Identity Management, Authentication Methods, Azure AD Connect, Federation Services, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and more).
- Good to know:Windows environment From the Administrator's side.
Active Directory Directory Services: Management and diagnostics -> DC, DHCP, DNS, GPO, ADFS, MFA and more.
- Have basic experience in using Powershell.
It will be an added advantage if:
- Microsoft Certification.
- Understand ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management).
