What has changed over the past year? We dedicated the first edition to the question of how to safely implement AI. Today, organizations are facing the next stage: AI is gaining access to data, being granted permissions, and beginning to perform tasks.

In this session, we’ll show you how to turn restrictions into control. We’ll discuss the key risks associated with the uncontrolled use of AI: Shadow AI, lack of control over data, and overreliance on models.

Effective August 2, 2026, under the provisions of the EU’s AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), all entities using generative AI content are required to label it in the digital space.

Will this informational categorization give expert-generated content an edge over algorithmically generated content, and how can these regulations be implemented in practice?

During the presentation, I will discuss specific examples of how the new regulations are being applied and demonstrate how to develop effective AI governance policies for companies.
